Standard Shipping Rates:

Live Shipping to all states (excluding local area): $50.00 per order
Non-Live Shipping to all states: $32.40
Saturday delivery service: Additional $16.00 surcharge
All rates include professional packaging and handling for safe transport

Free Shipping Eligibility:

Complimentary shipping on WYSIWYG and Collection items with orders totaling $300 or more
Free shipping applies only to standard delivery (not Saturday or expedited options)
Auction items, Live Sale purchases, and Lightning Sale merchandise are EXCLUDED from all free shipping promotions regardless of order value

Shipping Schedule & Process:

All livestock ships via FedEx Priority Overnight Express to ensure minimal transit time
All non-livestock ships via USPS Priority Mail
You'll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date during checkout
We typically ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

FedEx Station Pickup Recommendation:

For the well being of your livestock, we strongly recommend pickup from your local FedEx station
This significantly reduces stress on animals by minimizing transport time and handling
To arrange station pickup, select this option at checkout AND provide the complete address of your preferred FedEx location in the order notes
Please bring identification when collecting your package

Local Pickup Option:

Local pickup is available to customers in our area
Select "Local Pick Up" during checkout under shipping options
A $10 daily holding fee will be added to the order for every day the order is not picked up after 3 days
Please bring identification when collecting your order

Returns Policy:

No returns or exchanges on livestock under any circumstances
Please do not send any livestock back to us as we cannot accept them
All sales are final once the order has been shipped or picked up
